Letters of Support and Unofficial Transcripts

  • All transcripts and letters of support are produced within 5 working days after they have been requested and are emailed to the student's email address. Please fill out this form for each of the letters of support you need.

Academic Applications for Leave of Absence/Suspension

  • This form is for individuals that wish to apply for a leave of absence or suspension of studies during the term. Information provided on this form will be shared with relevant faculty and your Dean of Faculty for final consideration.

Alumni Requests

  • This form is for any alumni requests to the ALC Registrar's Office. Requests are processed on Mondays and Fridays.
